✤ નવી રેશનકાર્ડ માટે અરજી પ્રક્રિયા:

પ્રક્રિયા Application process for new ration card:

 You will need to click "Apply Online" button to fill the form online or "Download form" button to fill the offline form.

 સેવા This service is available in Gujarati.

 ભર Fill in the online or offline details along with your general details and special information for the service along with business details, family details, etc. All fields marked “*” on the online form are mandatory.

 ➥ If the language of input is English then English keyboard will be required for input, but if the language of input is Gujarati then keyboard Gujarati will be required for input.

 વડા The department head will be forced to cancel your form if any of your data is filled in incorrectly or misleadingly in the online form.

 If your application has been returned for a change or to fill in incomplete details, please submit it within 37 days.  If the applicant fails to submit the application within 37 days, it will be disposed of. The application fee will not be refunded.

✤ નવા રેશનકાર્ડ માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા:

• ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ www.digitalgujarat.gov.in વેબસાઇટ open કરો..

• ત્યાર બાદ "MENU" પર Click કર્સો એટલે મેનુ બાર open થાસે.
• ત્યાર બાદ "Services" પર Click

• Services માં "Citizen Services" પર Click

• Citizen Services માં Click કરસો એટલે new Page Open થાસે.
• તે page પર નીચે જાષો એટલે "Application for New Ration Card" આવસે.
• "Application for New Ration Card" પર Click કરો.

• નવુ પેજ ઓપેન થાસે એમા નીચે " Apply Online" પર Click કરો.

• Apply Online કર્યા બાદ Registered User ની Login સાઇડ ખુલસે.
• જો તમારુ  Registration કરેલુ હોઇ તો Login ID અને Password નાખી Login કરો.
• New Registration માટે "Click For New Registration(Citizen)"

✤ નવા રેશનકાર્ડ માટે ઑફલાઇન અરજી (New Ration Card Offline Apply):

• ઑફલાઇન અરજી કરવા માટે અરજી ફોર્મ ભરીને મામલતદાર કચેરીની મુલાકાત લ્યો.

અરજી ફોર્મ Download કરવા માટે અહિયા Click કરો "Download Form"

✤ નવા રેશનકાર્ડ માટેના જરુરી દસ્તાવેજો: 

અરજી કરતી વખતે એક પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝનો ફોટો અને નીચેના દસ્તાવેજોની જરૂર છે.

✦ રહેઠાણનો પુરાવો (કોઇપણ એક)

• રેશન કાડૅ
• લાઇટ બીલની ખરી નકલ.
• ટેલીફોન બીલની ખરી નકલ.
• ચુંટણી ઓળખ કાર્ડ ની નકલ
• પાસપોર્ટ ની ખરી નકલ
• First Page Of Bank PassBook/Cancelled Cheque
• Post Office Account Statement/Passbook
• Driving License
• Government Photo ID cards/ service photo identity card issued by PSU
• Water bill (not older than 3 months)
• માલિકીના કિસ્સા માં આકારણી પત્રક
• મિલકત વેરા ની પહોંચ
• ભાડા ના કિસ્સા માં ભાડા કરાર ,મકાન માલિકી ની સંમતિ તથા મિલકત નો પુરાવો
• પ્રોપર્ટી કાર્ડ ની નકલ

✦ ઓળખાણનો પુરાવો (કોઇપણ એક)

• ચુંટણી ઓળખ કાર્ડ ની નકલ
• ઇન્કમટેક્ષ પાન કાર્ડની ખરી નકલ.
• પાસપોર્ટ ની ખરી નકલ
• Driving License
• Government Photo ID cards/ service photo identity card issued by PSU
• Any Government Document having citizen photo
• Photo ID issued by Recognized Educational Institution
• ઝુંપડ પટ્ટી ના કિસ્સા માં આધાર કાર્ડ કે ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ ની નકલ
